How to use Jelly Eye Masks: 

1. Cleanse and dry the eye contour area. 
2. Carefully remove the eye masks from the tray one at a time. Place one patch beneath each eye.  
3. Leave for 15 minutes (or longer). 
4. Remove and discard. Lightly pat any remaining serum around the eye area.

Returns

• If you wish to return your product due to change of mind, Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.

2. After 1-2 business days, a member of our customer service team will contact you via email. Information will be provided on how to create your return shipping label and get your item back to us.
3. When sending your item, please ensure you pack it carefully, and follow the instructions emailed to you.
4. Drop the Parcel off at an Australia Post Outlet
5. Returns usually arrive at our warehouse within 7 business days, once received we will process your exchange or refund. We will be in touch as soon as your return is complete.
