Beauty Connections is an Australian owned strategic management and distribution agency for ambitious beauty and wellness brands. We partner with business innovators to create, grow and develop meaningful brands that resonate with modern consumers. We manage all aspects of the retail go-to market strategy whilst at the same time maintaining a keen focus on building and nurturing brand equity.
Current representation includes international beauty brands Formula 10.0.6 Skincare, Marc Anthony True Professional, Skinvitals, Noughty Haircare, NIP+FAB and Coast to Coast Australian Natural Skincare. Our brands are ranged in all major Australian national retailers including Priceline, Target, Woolworths, Coles and Big W. A number of our brands have regional distribution contracts which extend to South East Asia.

Identify the most suitable retail partners, prepare the marketing and sales presentation, establish the launch timings, forecast the demand plan, provide the warehousing and logistics, establish the EDI connections, ensure a successful launch.
Ongoing Management
Monitor the brand performance, manage the retailer relationships, initiate ongoing marketing and promotional plans, provide ongoing and consistent reporting to Brand Partners. Celebrate our success!

Beauty Connections expertise extends regionally to include the Asia Pacific territory where we currently have sub distributor alignments and active retailer partnerships in Singapore , Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines , South Korea and China.
Nick Chadwick
Managing Director
Nick has been committed to the Beauty Industry for over 25 years and is a passionate brand builder and entrepreneur . Having been involved in a number of beauty brand success stories over the years he remains enthusiastic, passionate and totally committed to brand excellence . He and his team have a proven track record in creating, developing, marketing and managing brands within the Health and Beauty category and are specialists in premium skin and haircare.
Lynne Meaney
Product Director
Lynne has over 25 years’ experience in the Beauty industry which has included roles with Shiseido and L’Oreal. At L’Oréal, Lynne met Nick and the two of them effectively pioneered stand-alone personal care retailing in Australia. In 1990 they developed and launched Red Earth. Nick and Lynne grew Red Earth into a formidable International business trading in eleven countries. Lynne her vast industry knowledge of NPD, formulations and compliance to the Beauty Connections business.
Lucinda Sabo
Marketing Manager
Lucinda brings over 10 years’ experience in retail and FMCG marketing as a Brand Manager for some of Australia’s leading brands. Lucinda’s passion for brand strategy began in the beauty industry at Heritage Brands. From there, she followed her love of wine to market some iconic brands from Australia and overseas. Lucinda now works with us as our Marketing Manager bringing with her enthusiasm and vast transferable experience from marketing successful brands in different industries.
Belinda Brennen
National Sales Manager
Belinda has had over 20 years experience in sales. She started out in the health & beauty industry with 5 years at L’Oreal and since then has worked in a variety of different industries such as Toys, Art & Craft, Stationery, Fashion/Apparel, Food Storage and Homewares. Along the way she has managed almost all of the major retail accounts in the Australian market, as well as Costco, Aldi and John Lewis internationally. She is an excellent communicator with strengths in relationship management and new business development.
